Associate Project Manager

1.University degree preferable in Engineering.

2.Good communication and early escalation skill.

3.Strong leadership with collaboration, commitment, lead and execution.

4.Hands on delegate work through people plus hold people accountable.

5.Manage projects with schedule plus metrics, and escalate earlier for milestone achievement.

6.5+ years experiences in PCBA project management in OEM customers, preferably with Europe Automotive OEM.

Responsibilities:

1.Manage key programs as plant project leader and primary contacting window with BUs and customers.

2.Manage product production for profitable growth in continuous improvement.

3.Assist department Sr. manager on department building and construction through activities.

4.assist department Sr. manager on CFT departments affairs and communications through activities.

5.Host customers with welcoming reception and participate in customer audit.

6.Participate in suppliers’ selection and audit.
