职位描述

劳务合同不缴纳五险一金,周末双休,退休人员优先
Job Responsibility:
1. Responsible for daily admin work and provide admin logistics services for the company.
2. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
3. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Maintain office documents and contracts.
4. Manage business accommodation and logistics for visitors, customers and coworkers.
5. Visa applications and updates for foreigners, and or their families.
6. Logistics and customs management.
7. Plan, organize, and implement company retreats and meetings.
8. Maintain company contact information as required.
9. Other work assigned as needed.
Job Requirement:
1. At least 2 years of proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role within international corporations.
2. Bachelor degree in office administration or relevant field.
3. Good communication skills in English.
4. Good communication and interpersonal abilities, and organizational skills.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
