development and implementation for the business unit, including but not limited

to service product definition, marketing and sales, and operation etc. The

position shall define and run the service products operation in a commercial

way, maximizing profitability for the BU and partners in the long run through

continuously improved customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position shall

build, lead and manage the service product team to deliver high-quality results

and timely service.

Duties and Tasks

* Overall service products(Non parts) development and implementation for the

business unit

* Actively seek opportunities for new service products based on customers

needs and competition

* Marketing, sales and operation of each service product

* Manage and monitor the performance of each service product through expected

KPIs

* Responsible for updating service product handbook annually.

* Build, lead and manage the service product team to deliver high-quality

results and timely service

* Cooperating with Parts Department for fair pricing in the service product

business.

* Cooperating with Finance Department for service product settlement and

reporting.

* Responsible for Implementation of service product on Distributor and Dealer

level.

* Responsible for auditing implementation of Service product on Dealer level.

* Responsible for system support to Dealers.

* Working in cooperation with other departments to achieve business objectives

* Responsible for department’s annual forecast, budget and activities

* Keep tracking on service products offerings in the market

* Other service related work assigned by the line manager

Education and/or Experience

* University education in appropriate discipline

* Minimum 5 years experience from HDT industry

* Management experience

* Know and be familiar with service products

* Good in reading and writing English
