？Develop China specific parts and lead the localization projects

？Evaluate and verify supplier results, Ensure part maturity and part readiness

？Assist Pilot plant try outs and series productions of Mercedes-Benz cars at the production plant with technical support and profound knowledge

？Support of the on-time introduction of local and import parts for the current and future Mercedes-Benz projects in China

？Ensure component functional tests are conducted according to the specifications, evaluate the results and complete the release process

？Ensure the component change management and documentation are well maintained

？Ensure Component Certification and homologation must fulfil the Chinese market and regulation requirements

Qualification requirements:

-At least 3 years working experience in automotive industry (or comparable experience), or above;

-Experience in automotive component production and engineering project management;

-Good knowledge of interior components. With good technical background about the manufacturing process, material, functions specification and regulation requirement;

-Excellence skills of cross function project management, timeline, planning, process, task execution and tracking;

-Engineering mindset, team spirit, proactive, self-motivated, integrity, openness, curiosity, and creativity;

-Fluent English language skill is a must, and German language skill will be a plus;

-Good office IT skills are mandatory, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and …;

-Highly preferred skill in NX (UG).
