职位描述

Responsibilities:
Principal Accountability
- Assist sub-team leader for the client service and new business development;
- Independently handle middle-sized account service;
- Comply with Company policy & practice.
Key Results Area (KRA)
- Provide the satisfied service to each responsible account and ensure client retention;
- Maximize the penetration and profitability of responsible accounts;
- Independently handle the whole service procedure for the clients, including but not limited to afterwards claims, account receivable falling into requested period;
- Follow and use Company Policy, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc. in the daily work.
Secondary Responsibilities (if applicable)
- Perform other duties or projects as reasonably assigned by team leader from time to time.
Requirements:
- 4+ years insurance industry working experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- Familiar with major P&C products in the market
- Familiar with legislation, procedures and operations of business organizations
- Proficient in computer skills
- Good negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets, service delivery
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Proficient in English and Chinese
