Department：P&L-Side Member Production
This role is responsible for ensuring its own operational maintenance activities within an area. Ensure that maintenance is carried out as planned. Create a safe and good working environment.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:
61 Follow Scania SHE and Quality guideline
61 Operations and employees are managed in accordance with Scania's Leadership model
61 Ensure the quality and efficiency of the execution of work orders in the work area
61 Ensure the working conditions of employees in each work area
61 Continuous improvement work, carry out activities based on strategic plan
61 Focus on delivery and employees in the short term, and take immediate action. It is also necessary to have a long-term way of thinking.
61 Ensuring that Scania's routines and policies are followed in the work area
Driving systematic work environment activities within the work area
61 Breaking down and introducing the strategic plan within their own area in cooperation with colleagues
61 Driving continuous improvement activities
61 Actively engage in workforce planning and recruitment
61 Cooperating with customers
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive ,etc.
- More than 8 years working experience in related industry, with experience of more than 3 years team management.
- Experience in working in a painting robot and painting process area is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Technical competence in paint shop equipment.
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Spoken and written English.
