工作职责:
Main Duties:
1) Responsible for handling customer complaints
2) Root caused analysis, and cross functional coordinate and communicate with internal team and customer to play as main leader for tracking the corrective and preventive actions
3) Always look into process improvement opportunity from the statistics and analysis the customer complaint information
4) On site problem verification if need
5) Participate production improvement activities
任职资格:
1.Bachelor degree or above, technical background;
2.At least 2 years related work experiences, strong logical thinking skills and problem-solving abilities;
3.Fluent English communication skill
4.High Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
