1. Contact with shipper and get booking order from ,then book it according to agents instruciotn and release SO to shipper on time

2. Processing data progressively and timely in the system and ensure system data integrity

3. Send manifest,VGM on time, and arrange trucking, stuffing,customs clearance if shipper need us help

4. Arrange our own consol box loading plan,guide warehouse and broker complete it

5. Manifest/SI/VGM processing

6. Update nomination shipmnts status to agents on time, such as cargo readiness, booking status,on board status and so on.

7. Send tlx rls BL and DN to agnet on time.

8. Timely accomplish shipping documents and related reports；

9. Arrange telex release (for a fee) if requested by shipper & advise client/overseas accordingly

10. Send BL to shipper/client via courier

11. Outstanding follow

REQUIREMENTS

1. College degree or above, major in logistics or related

2. Good command of spoken and written English

3. At least 1 year of documentary experience in the freight industry, working experience in international freight companies is preferred; Patient, responsible, strong sense of teamwork

4. Proficient in the export documentation process of the forwarder industry

5. Contact new and old customers and maintain good communication and communication with customers

6. Handle all kinds of emergencies and report to superiors in a timely manner

7. Completing other related work assigned by the superior
