产品开发工程师（项目管理）

1) Know-how transfer of technology from lead plant to subsidiary plant

2) Technical support for series production in terms of optimization of existing process

3) Support cost estimation procedure

4) Customer technical support

5) Coordination of customer projects: new parts / changes upon customer request and optimization measures

6) Responsible for reaching pre-defined project targets

7) Fulfil required quality requirement according to norm

8) Define, plan, monitor, control and finalize customer programmes and sub-projects according to HPM

9) Lead project teams

10) Coordination, representation, and communication with customers

11) Coordination and communication with other plants, departments, and suppliers

12) Organize and lead regular project status meetings

13) Issue report to steering committee

14) Analyse project risks, plan and implement countermeasures

15) Concept study for new parts

16) Optimization of processes

17) Application according to QS9000 / VDA

18) Cost responsibility under signature regulation

Minimum Experience & Qualifications / 岗位要求：

1.Bachelor / Master of science / engineering or above, education in oversea technical school / university preferred; social competence required

2.5years (2 years for assistant engineer) working experience in forging processing or automotive industry preferred

3.Project management experience in automotive industry preferred

4.Fuent in written and spoken English

5.German language skill preferred

6.Familiar with MS-Office and SAP software
