Education Requirement学历要求:

· Master's degree from university (Material science, Industrial engineering, Chemistry)

Required experience/所需经验:

.5Years process engineering expertise in IC-Substrate, PCB or related IC industry with

especially experience in the field of galvanic and lithography wet processing

Strong problem-solving skills
