1. Closely work with project managers for project's status in MDB set to “Order”

2. Check cross-functionally for master data of purchasing material & manufacturing material.

3. Chasing material packaging information.

4. Call ramp-up material meeting, risk escalation when necessary.

5. Monitor sample order material.

6. SOP direct material coordinating.

7. Procurement of purchased materials, Incoming Goods booking, Returns, Quality Control incoming goods, complaints, supplier forecast, KPI, Suppliers Manual, Allocation in case of material shortages within international production network, Logistics Supplier evaluation (on time delivery, subjective evaluation), Handling in case of cancellation, EBV (end of life stock), interim storage, Multiple Sourcing, Quotation, IT-tools for Procurement

B. Master data management.

1. Establish process for material master by communicating cross-functionally.

2. Material master reporting and alarm.

3. Continuous improvement for material management.

4. Logistics function supporting.

C. Job adjustment according to customer requirement in time

D. Inventory control

Requirements

1. 2-3 years of related experience preferable in manufacturing industry (PMC)

2. SAP experience is must, MM Key user experience preferred

3. Good command of Excel and other office tools

4. High level of accuracy, Careful and persistent to details

5. Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations

6. Requires effective oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills

7. Good analysis skills/Quick reaction

8. Able to work under pressure

9. Good oral and written English
