2，Plans and manages timeline with high sense of urgency under budget, execute a single major project or multiple projects independently.预算范围内，带着紧迫感计划和管理时间进度，独立执行单个或多个项目。

3，Ensures all team members compliance to existing RRX project management processes with result oriented, implements countermeasure plans that don't meet schedules. 确保所有团队成员遵守RRX项目管理流程，以结果为导向，时间不能满足时，及时执行项目推迟对策。

4，Coaches and execute RBS tools, not limited to A3, 5Why, DFMEA, FRACAS, and report out progress regularly. 指导和执行RBS工具，不限于A3, 5Why， DFMEA， FRACAS，并定期汇报项目进度。

5，This key responsibilities description just identifies the essential functions of a position, and may be modified verbally or in writing as necessary. 该职责范围只描述了项目管理的基本职能，根据实际需要可做口头或书面调整。

任职要求：

1，4 years engineering degree minimum from an accredited College or University.至少4年制本科，工程类相关学科

2，Strong Problem-solving, Communication ,influence and decision-making, project management skills较强的解决问题、沟通、影响和决策项目管理技能

3，Project Management experience minimum 5 years with cross functional working experience in the design or specification of electric motors or in project management, etc. 在电机设计，电机规范或项目管理上有不低于5年的跨职能部门的项目经验。

4，Demonstrated project management skills with a split and cross functional working environment 具备不同部门和跨职能部门的项目管理技能。

5，High sense of urgency and great time management skills. 高度的紧迫感和时间管理能力。

6，Six Sigma and reliability experience is a plus. 有六西格玛和可靠性测试经验者优先。

7，Good command of motor or Air Moving engineering knowledge is preferred. 良好的电机或Air Moving工程知识优先。

8，Excellent written and oral communication skills of both English is preferred; 优秀的英语书面能力和口头沟通能力者优先。
