Warehouse Management (职位编号：01933543)

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

* Strictly follow the requirements of the quality management system, perform

material receiving, storage, and issuance tasks to ensure accuracy and

timeliness.

* Responsible for timely and accurate receipt and shipment of finished

products, ensuring related documents and labeling meet customer requirements.

* Develop and improve warehouse management systems, manage inventory in

compliance with quality management system requirements, assist in overseeing

warehouse safety, hygiene, and temperature/humidity control, maintain records

to ensure material quality.

* Conduct regular inventory checks, strictly adhere to warehouse management

requirements, count, store, and issue items, verify warehouse records, and

archive for reference.

* Responsible for packaging materials call off and management, promptly

handling incoming materials damage, and reporting logistics claims.

* Responsible for optimizing and improving warehouse operations, as well as

planning and setting up new warehouses.

* Responsible for handling non-conforming products and waste materials.

* Responsible for 5S management on-site and daily maintenance and management

of forklifts.

* Coordinate cross-department communication, coordinate deliveries with

import/export teams, coordinate handling of defective products with quality

teams, and manage internal communication within the warehouse team.

* Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualification & Experience:

* College or above major in logistics.

* 5-8 years in warehouse operator position, and 2years warehouse management

experience.

* New warehouse manage experience.

* Have experience in SAP MM/WM/SD module.

* Have experience in new system launches.
