Brief description of the position:
This position holds the full responsibility for Blue collar development programs and standards for China region. This includes development process from blue collar to white collar, foreman development program and personal development within blue collar. Development programs have to be designed and implemented in close collaboration with affected entities and Academies.
Key Tasks:
Develop development process and guidelines for VGC (i.e. VWA, VWATJ, VWATD, VWAC)
Steer and monitor program implementation upon standards
Continuously improve program design according to business development and talent strategy
Track and report talent status on regular basis
Provide PD related qualification training for the organization
Collaborate with business, HR BP, academy and other HR function
Lead and support PD related projects
Organize and support diagnostic related activities.
Coordinate communication and organization in terms of talent identification & development.
Coordinate learning resource together with VGC Academy
Performing individual task-related duties in accordance with the knowledge and experience of the position holder.
Advising other people holding positions at VCIC, its subsidiaries/associate companies, or cooperating organizations upon request and in consultation with the appropriate people responsible.
Qualification and skills required for the position:
Bachelor degree or above, preferred in education, psychology or other related majors
More than 5 years working experience. Min. 2 years of PD related experiences.
Excellent framing and systematic thinking ability
Strong problem analysis, communication skills and team work
Strong learning ability
Good at planning and organization
Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; German language is preferred
