Shipping Supervisor 船务主管

1. Manage all shipments with staffs smoothly, to ship orders at best cost and fast way, control shipping cost.

2. Coordinate with different departments and factories, to solve kinds of problems promptly, ensuring all orders ship on time

3, Responsible for checking the freight rates and coordinating with clients or related department, to provide competitive freight and shipment solution service to clients.

3. To check and confirm supplier docs, pass correct invoices to account for payments arrangement;

4. According to clients guideline, payment terms, delivery terms etc., to train teammates to be professional and effective.

5. Provide necessary support to sales team for market development.

6, Maintain shipping department daily work, optimize workflow, set up reasonable Preventative mechanism to avoid or reduce problems.

7, Keep updating different customers' shipment SOP.

8, Maintain Brands customs protection.

9, Complete other temporary work assigned by the company.

Job Requirements:

1.Must have work experience of at least 5 years in shipping & logistics

including at least 2 years as supervisor.

2.Good knowledge of worldwide shipping terms

3.Fluent English and Chinese spoken and written.

4.Experience of working in a big trading company is preferred.

5.Must have shipping experience of European markets.
