职位描述

Academic coordinator, as part of Student Experience Department (SED) in HQ, focuses on providing the best student in class experience, with a dedicated communication division supported by specific multi-program & multi-campus domain expertise.
Information and Communication Division
- Welcome students at the front desk
- Respond to and communicate with students for all kinds of academic related questions/requests
- Manage self-service documentation platform for students
- Be in charge of updating students’ personal space
Planning
- Manage academic calendar
- Manage course schedule sequencing
- Create operational planning and exam schedule
- Daily reschedule courses as needed
- Manage track choice assignments
- Mange external collaborators (Contract-transport- accomodation reservation – hours )
Academic
- Track attendance
- Manage Thesis campaigns
- Organize discipline councils
- Gather exam procedures, organize exam sessions and manage exam invigilators
- Collect and release grades
- Organize and lead academic committee/graduation panels
- Welcome and communicate with professor on all the related in class admin preparation
Registrar and information management
- Process registration applications
- Issue enrollment certificates
- Follow and publish student lists
- Manage CVEC
- Issue diplomas and diploma supplements
- Manage alumni diplomas requests
- Put in place Data experts within the division
- Ensure the quality of student data, examination and score, program and course information.
- Update local campus calendar in YEP
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above from reputed university, at least 3 years related experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, Knowledge in French is preferable
- Good communication skill
- Proficiency in office software.
- Strong sence of team work and willing to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal, Organizational and co-coordinating skills
- Good Project management knowledge and experience to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and balance multiple priorities
