IE Engineer (CCSC) / 工业工程师 (长春检修中心)

1.Layout study, time study, motion study, material handling, utilization study, process analysis, and line balance. 工厂布局研究、时间研究、动作研究、搬运分析、稼动研究、工艺分析以及线体平衡。

2.Maintenance of production bill of materials. 生产材料单GTL的维护。

3.Based on the engineering documents such as maintenance technical requirements, test outlines, etc., convert them into process documents, operation record cards and equipment maintenance and upkeep documents. For the compilation, implementation, distribution, management and staff training of the process-related documents. 根据检修技术要求、测试大纲等工程文件，转换为工艺文件、过程记录卡及设备设备设施维护保养文件。对工艺相关文件的编写、实施、下发、管理及员工培训；

4.Preparation of manufacturing process and installation drawings. 制造过程和安装图的准备。

5.Design and make testing, assembly tools, jigs, equipment and fac+D15ilities to fulfill prod. requirement. 根据生产需要，设计、制作、申请采购并验收测试工具、装配工具和夹具、制造设备及工厂设施。

6.Coordinate with relevant departments of the company, be responsible for the overhaul of the prototype, write the trial-use IE documents, and issue the formal process documents according to the batch production requirements. 与公司相关部门协调，负责样机检修，编写试用IE文件，根据批量情况下发正式工艺文件。

7.Drive improvement workshops and projects on Shop Floor Level together with related department. 与公司相关部门一起推动车间级改善活动和改善项目。

8.Have technical exchanges with the OEM and coordinate with the engineering in Wuxi to solve the problems simultaneously. 与主机厂技术交流，同步协调无锡工程人员解决问题。

9.Prepare the technical documents for the client's inspection and review and provide technical guidance to the workshop (the headquarters' resources can be coordinated to complete the task). 准备客户迎审技术资料，为车间提供技术指导（可协调总部资源完成）。

10.Complete the other tasks arranged by the manager. 完成上级安排的其他任务。

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Mechanical Design. 本科以上学历，机械设计专业。

2.Over 5 years' experience in IE, production management, preferably with HVAC product and SAP operation experience. 5年以上的工业工程、生产管理方面的相关经验，***具备空调产品和SAP操作经验。
