Molding Quality Engineer (注塑质量工程师) (职位编号：86989547)

* Ensure customer requirements are well defined and documented;

* Lead APQP activities;

* Ensure PFD, PEMEA, Control Plans, inspection checklist prepared correctly;

* Conduct PPAP prepared & Run @ Rate activities followed up as required;

* Follow up for Capability Studies, Measurement System Analysis;

* Responsible for GP-12 Activities which are followed up as required;

* In charge of customer complaints by cooperating with customer satisfaction

engineer (CQE) and internal functions to analyze defects, provide corrective

actions, execute preventive actions and submit 3D/8D on time;

* Edit and update WI, control plan, Quality Alert, checklist & Lessons Learn;

* Work with PE/MFG/ME to improve product quality and other quality related

services, follow up and validate corrective actions.

* Be responsible for product quality to meet or exceed the customer

requirement;

* Conduct regular internal quality audits to ensure conformance to DBS/EOS,

International Quality Standards such as ISO 9000, ISO/TS 16949 and other

customer requirements;

* Drive/support continuous improvement activities.

Your Background

Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:

* Bachelor degree or above, majoring in material, tooling or mechanical

engineering is preferred;

* Over 3 year quality related experience;

* Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA. 8D, 5why;

* Good communication with customer, good team player;

* Be proficient in reading and writing English, basic oral skill is required;

* Molding/plastic related quality experience is preferred.
