2 Lead the manufacturing engineering process related tasks

3 Lead continuous improvement of Lean, Six Sigma, in all Manufacturing Processes

4 Lead / participate in Design for Manufacturing through the PDP Process

5 Lead manufacturing capacity expansion and footrprint project

6 Lead for all new Program Capital Expenditures

7 Lead advanced manufacturing engineering/ CI roadmap and deployment

Key Qualifications/Requirements

1 Bachelor degree in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering required

2 Minimum of 10 years Engineering and Manufacturing experience required in heavy fabrication and massive customized assembly environment

3 Experience in an Integrated Product Development Team environment required

4 Knowledge of Problem Solving methods (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, etc…) required

5 Central air conditioning industry preferred, heavy machining and assembly industry Experience in process, lean manufacturing, project management, advanced manufacturing and digitalisation preferred
