销售工程师 Sales Engineer

1. More than 1 year working experience in marine industry, sales experience is preferred, fresh graduates are acceptable.

2. Bachelor degree or above.

3. Good at Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD and other office software.

4. Electrical, mechanical, marine, mechanical and electrical and automation related science and engineering background is preferred.

5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, CET-4 or above is preferred.

6. Have a positive working attitude, be able to work under pressure, ambitious and willing to travel frequently.

Job Description:

1. Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell company marine equipment.

2. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, focusing on customer needs, understanding and highlighting the value of company products.

3. Responsible for the sales tasks in the appointed area, communicate with shipyards, domestic and abroad design institutes, equipment suppliers and shipowners in a timely and close manner, find new projects, and lead the company's sales support team to follow up.

4. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance, establish good business relationship with target customers, provide necessary business and technical support for customers.

5. Coordination with colleagues within project management, commissioning and aftersales etc.

销售工程师 招聘要求：

1. 1年以上船舶、海洋工程行业工作经验，有相关销售经验优先，可接受应届生；

2. 本科或以上学历；

3. 擅长Word, Excel, Power Point, AUTOCAD 等软件；

4. 电气、机械、轮机、机电和自动化等相关理工科专业背景优先；

5. 英语听说读写流利，四级证书或者以上优先;

6. 具有积极主动的工作心态，能承受较大的工作压力，有野心，愿意经常出差；

主要工作内容:

1.遵循既定的销售流程和指南，推广和销售公司的船用设备。

2.积极参与市场，关注拜访、会议和与客户的互动，关注客户需求，理解并突出公司产品的价值。

3、负责指定区域内的销售任务，及时、密切地与船厂、国内外设计院、设备供应商、船东沟通，寻找新项目，带领公司销售支持团队跟进。

4.负责客户关系维护，与目标客户建立良好的业务关系，为客户提供必要的业务和技术支持。

5.在项目管理、调试和售后等方面与同事协调。
