2. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manage warehouse operations of receiving , stocking, issuing and delivery through Oracle system

2. Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, inventory counting

3. Ensure warehouse safety compliance in accordance with company EHS policy

4. Ensure security and accountability of inventory (including reclaim materials) in warehouse through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review

5. Support internal & external audit including ISO, EHS, inventory counting and customer etc

6. Personnel management including team building, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, etc

7. Train and coach staff in standard operating procedures and safety / security conscious behavior, including new employee inductions

8. Drive continuous improvement on warehouse process & system, 5S, warehouse security, EHS, space utilization, etc

9. Other tasks management team assigned

3. Job specifications:

1. College’s degree and above, at least 5 years working experience in warehouse management

2. Familiar with ERP system, Oracle is preferred

3. Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)

4. Proficient in MS applications, particularly Excel

5. Good communication, interpersonal relationship, organizational and leadership skills, able to work under high pressure

6. Positive work ethic and attitude
