供应商开发工程师Sourcing Engineer

1.Work directly with global internal team to develop new projects, follow up project progress from kick off until mass supply.

与全球内部团队合作开发新项目，跟踪项目进度，从启动到批量供货。

2.New product inquiry, price and contract terms negotiation to achieve competitive cost.

新产品询价，价格和合同条款谈判以实现有竞争力的成本。

3.Monitoring turbocharges marketing changes, supplier capabilities and industry development to identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction.

关注涡轮增压器市场变化，供应商能力和行业发展，识别创新和降低成本的机会。

4.Identifying & evaluating & selecting potential suppliers to support business development based on quality, cost, service.

基于质量、成本、服务，识别、评估和选择潜在供应商以支持业务发展。

5.Evaluating suppliers’ performance, conducting audits and implementing improvement initiatives.

定期评估供应商的绩效，进行审核并实施改进计划。

6.Managing supplier relationships, resolving technical issues between customer and supplier during development to ensure timely supply.

管理供应商关系，解决开发过程中客户和供应商端的技术问题，确保及时供货。

7.Supplier tooling management (Contract, payment, verification)

供应商工装模具管理（合同、付款、验证）

8.Assist supply chain manager in cost reduction negotiations to achieve company objectives.

协助供应链经理进行成本降低谈判，以实现公司降本目标。

9.Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, regulations and ethical standards in all purchasing activities.

确保在所有采购活动中遵守公司的政策和程序、法规和道德标准。

Job Requirement/岗位要求

1.大专以上学历，机械工程专业优先。

College degree, major in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.

2.至少 5年以上工作经验，3年以上相关领域工作经验，外企优先。

At least 5 years working experience, 3 years solid working experience in related area preferably with foreign Company

3.熟悉汽车行业铸造/机加工零件的采购，有发动机涡轮增压经验者优先

Familiar with sourcing casting/machined components in automobile industry, engine turbo experience is preferred.

4.良好的英语和计算机技能

Good English and computer skills.

5.有项目管理经验者优先

Experience in project management is a plus

6.CPSM, CIPS或其他采购相关持证者优先

Certificate in CPSM, CIPS or other equivalent purchasing certification as plus.
