1.Responsible for potential supplier audit，product audit and regular QMS review.

负责潜在供应商审核，产品审核及质量体系的定期审查。

2.Be responsible for the early planning of product quality for new project suppliers and the approval of PPAP production part .

负责新项目供应商产品质量先期策划及PPAP生产件批准 。

3.Be responsible for the development, review, acceptance and post-production management of new molds/inspection/fixtures for components.

负责零部件新开发模/检/夹具的开发，评审、验收及量产后的管理。

4.Be able to support improvement or keep in a good level on quality control

协助供应商质量能力的提升或保持高水平；

5.Be responsible for handling quality issues related to incoming material inspection, manufacturing process, and after-sales feedback, conducting cause analysis, implementing and verifying countermeasures and measures. Supplier quality performance evaluation .

负责处理进料检验、制造过程、售后反馈的质量问题，进行原因分析、实施和验证对策措施。供应商质量绩效评价。

6.Responsible for supplier EWR management on product, manufacture process after mass production.

负责对量产后供应商的产品、制程等方面的变更管理。

7.Work with R&D and suppliers to create and update inspection specification.

与研发、供应商对接，完成新物料检验规范的制定和更新。

8.Other tasks assigned by superior.

上级领导布置的其他任务。

辅助职责Secondary Responsibilities：

任职资格Qualifications：

1.Bachelor degree or above in vehicle engineering, electronic engineering or mechanical design related industry

本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子工程或机械设计等相关行业；

2.Familiar with basic tools of automotive industry: APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA;

熟悉汽车行业基本工具：APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA、FMEA；

3.Working experience in quality management for at least 5 years,with relevant professional experience in stamping dies, welding fixtures, etc ;

从事质量管理工作经验不少于5年，有冲压模具，焊接夹具等相关专业经验；

4.Those who are familiar with stamping, welding and other related process knowledge or have quality management experience are preferred.

熟悉冲压、焊接、等相关工艺知识或品质管理经验者优先；

5.Good initiative in work and strong ability to work under pressure;

工作主动性好、抗压能力强；

6.Good communication skills and logical thinking;

良好的沟通能力和逻辑思维；

7.English as working language is preferred;

英语能作为工作言语者优先；
