Senior Sales Manager

-Maintain good relationships with customers and responsible for listening customer voice and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectations

-Lead quotation activity and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal

-Provide counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, marketing programs and customer business model

-Support function head to complete yearly growth plan build up

Qualification:

-English skill in both writing and reading

-Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering etc.)

-Minimum of 15years Sales Experience with OEM and Tier 1

-Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and prepare for APR and Customer Quote

-Experience with Local OEMs (GWM preferred)

-Accept frequent business trips (2-4 times a month)

-Preferred Items That Shortlist a Good Candidate

1. Deep understanding in FAW Group Business development would be preferred.

2. Experience in dealing with Finance and understanding of financial metric.

3. Good at PPT and Excel.

4. Changchun or Tianjin base would be preferred.
