模具主管

1.代表/主导所有新项目DFM活动（工艺策划，模具方案）。

Represent/lead all new project DFM activities (process planning, mold scheme).

2.参与/主导所有的模具设计评审，试制，验证工作。

Participate in/lead all mold design reviews, trial production and verification.

3.产品开发过程中对问题点解决提供技术支持。

Provide technical support on resolving open issues during product development.

4.完成所有与模具相关的APQP过程记录并做为可交付成果提供给项目工程师。

Complete all APQP process records related to molds and provide them to the project engineer as deliverables.

5.跟踪/汇报所有的模具的进度，问题点给项目工程师。

Track/report the progress of all molds, and report the problems to the project engineer.

6.对图纸，技术资料进行归纳管理。

Summarize and manage drawings and technical data.

7.负责所有的量产模具改模的图纸修改。

Be responsible for the drawing modification of all mass production molds.

其他要求：

1、专科以上学历，模具设计与制造专业或相关专业。

College degree or above, major in mold design and manufacturing or related.

2、有2年以上汽车行业汽车冲压模具设计工作经验。

At least 2 years working experience in auto stamping die design in auto industry.

3、有5年以上冲压模具从业经验。

At least 5 years experience in stamping die industry.

4、具备汽车冲压模具设计知识。

Knowledge of automobile stamping die design

5、了解IATF 16949五大工具。

Understand the five tools of IATF 16949

6、熟练使用UG或Catia、Auto CAD,及办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Project等。

Proficient in using UG or Catia, Auto CAD, and office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.

7、会使用Autoform或类似软件对产品成型过程中的风险点进行分析识别

Identify and analyze potential risks during forming process by using Autoform or other similar software.
