Job Responsibilities:
1. Workforce Planning incl. budgeting: accountable for qualitative outcome and execution of strategic workforce planning, taking into account the business strategy.

3. Accountable for ensuring the right organizational design, processes, skills sets and people behaviors
4. Accountable for enhancing the company culture, analysis of the organizational engagement on a regular basis (e.g. survey) incl. measurement and link of the outcomes with operational results
5. Implementing HR solutions developed by CoEs, providing feedback to CoEs and GBS during design or implementation phase, ensuring adherence of the business to standards and piloting local stakeholders’ engagement
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management or similar discipline.
2. Related Experience as HRBP > 2 years and related Experience as HR in multinational company > 6 years
3. Good in English both communication and email
4. Complete understanding and application of human resource principles, concepts, practices, and procedures. change management expertise
