职位描述

1 Work with US supply planners to achieve targeted PO fulfillment rate

2 Operate in ERP to create/update stock PO, maintain data accuracy, and support other internal functions in non-stock acquisition process.

3 Negotiate MOQ and ETD with the suppliers

4 Report PO status weekly, suppliers capacity utilization and lead time monthly

5 Monitor supplier deliveries and keep close communication with the US buyers for any deliveries issue

6 Coordinate multiple functions including suppliers, forwarder, customer service for any direct-to-customer shipment

7 Support logistics to resolve any shipping-related issue

8 Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

1 Education

- Bachelor degree

2 Experience (Minimum Relevant Experience/Minimum Supervisory Experience)

3+ years working experience on order management, merchandiser and logistics, international company is preferred

3 Professional Qualifications, Knowledge and skills.

4 Written / Oral Language skills:

- Good command of spoken and written English

5 Competencies

- Can finish assigned tasks on time with team work.

- Good business sense and good communication skills.

- Experience on ERP system

- Experience on Microsoft office (especially on Excel)

- Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, good analytical skill.

6 Others (eg. Travel Required: %)
