-After vessel departure from last port, provide Inbound Bay Plan and inbound list to terminal, vessel agent and partner.

-Report the inbound and outbound container number, and Ningbo ETA to state agent and terminal to booking berth window, Try best to secure berth for RCL vessel early and sail within Proforma schedule.

-Collect the CBF and special ctnr from partner ,send the FOBO to HQ planning team, and to make the stowage bayplie, then send it to Captain checking by email

-When vessel berthing, strictly follow Chief mate, if the container’s position have some revise, check and inform the agent and terminal.

-Closely monitor terminal cargo loading and discharging, try to use more cranes and push terminal with high productivity for cargo OPS, dispatch vessel as early as possible.

-Other related work

Required Competency:

Over 2 years’ experience in shipping field

Integrity, Result Orientation, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Accountability

Good Written English communication skills

Good knowledge of Office Software, Word and Excel
