Account manager

Reports To : Senior sales manager

Job Description:

61 Develop sales strategy and sales plan to search for market segments and customers who might benefit from company products and services

61 Make daily contacts with customers to explore new opportunities

61 Develop long-term relationship with strategic customers, technical representatives and distributors

61 Deliver technical presentations to introduce company products and services to customer’s engineering and R&D team

61 Provide technical advice and design both catalogue and custom-made products in customer applications.

61 Support marketing activities by participating road shows, trade shows, technical seminars and other marketing events

61 Provide both pre-sales and after-sales technical support

61 Jointly develop sales strategy and sales plan with supervisors to search for market segments and customers who might benefit from company products and services

61 Make daily contacts with customers to explore new opportunities

61 Collect competitor information and carry out competitor analysis

61 Prepare both regular and ad-hoc reports for direct supervisor and senior managers

61 Share successful applications with internal sales and engineering team

61 Work closely with various functions of internal Global (mainly Greater China) team to get job done in order to meet and exceed customer’s expectation

Requirement:

61 Holder of College/ bachelor degree or above, Mechanical Engineering preferred

61 8 years sales above and application engineering experience in fastener or consumer electronics or data communication or related industry, preferably with excellent people network in the related fields

61 Fluent spoken & written English

61 Solid technical background

61 Excellent communication, liaison and presentation skills

61 Excellent sales skill

61 Capable to build relationship quickly and effectively

61 Possess team-working capacity

61 Willingness to make commitment to the company and take up challenges
