Manage relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., product division, product engineering, design team)

Lead foundry teams in process setup exchanges , including process flow ,tools& recipes and metrology rules (offline, inline and WAT) identifications, and yield/ quality / reliability improvements under ST procedures with a Zero Defect approach.

Monitor supplier activity performance through SPC process control, process change management , nonconformity disposition and scorecard tracking etc…

Coordinate co-development process between Chinese foundries and ST internal fabrication teams.

Setup or qualify new technology /process across foundries and ST Fabs.

The function requires

Minimum10 years experience in front-end fab manufacturing preferably in Process R&D/ Integration/Device Engineering, with expertise in Power Discrete or Advanced BCD technologies (Knowledge in SiC /GaN is a plus)

Experience in one of main Chinese Foundry is a plus ( HHGrace,SMIC, UNT,GTA ,Innoscience and UMC-Suzhou)

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline from an accredited university.

Strong autonomy in acting with excellent communication and teamwork skills

Fluency in English and Mandarin ( language skill in Italian /French is a strong plus)

Ability to work in cross functional and multi-cultural environment
