项目工程师

1. 客户接待与需求管理

o 主导客户接待与需求对接，精准定义产品品质要求，确保客户期望与公司标准一致

o Establish and maintain strong client relationships; translate customer requirements into actionable quality specifications aligned with company standards.

2. 快速响应与异常处理

o 实时响应客户诉求，快速解决生产线异常，统筹内部返工返修安排

o Provide immediate support for customer inquiries; troubleshoot production line issues promptly and coordinate internal rework/repair processes efficiently.

3. 项目进度与品质管控

o 全程跟进模具制造、维修及试产进度，实施严格品质控制

o Oversee tooling manufacturing, maintenance, and trial production schedules; enforce rigorous quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

4. 样品测试与缺陷分析

o 主导NPI样品测试（FAI/CPK），系统分析样品缺陷并提出改进方案

o Conduct NPI sample testing (FAI/CPK); analyze defects systematically and propose corrective actions to enhance product quality.

5. 工程文件编制与维护

o 编制并管理BOM、ECN、APQP、PPAP等核心工程文件，确保数据准确性与合规性

o Prepare and maintain critical engineering documents (BOM, ECN, APQP, PPAP) with precision and compliance to industry standards.

6. 包装设计与评估

o 结合产品特性与客户需求，设计高效包装方案并进行成本效益评估

o Design innovative packaging solutions that balance product protection, logistics efficiency, and cost-effectiveness based on customer and product requirements.

7. 成本优化与流程改进

o 提出降本增效方案，推动工艺优化与流程再造，提升项目整体竞争力

o Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives; drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency and profitability.

8. 生产辅助设备开发

o 主导水口机、测量治具、二次加工治具等设备开发，确保设备与生产需求匹配

o Lead the development of auxiliary production equipment (e.g., de-gating machines, measurement fixtures) to meet production requirements and improve operational efficiency.

9. 转厂项目管理与数据归档

o 统筹转厂模具/生产项目数据收集与整理，建立标准化档案管理体系

o Manage data collection and archiving for transferred toolings and production projects; establish standardized filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.

10. 项目进度实时监控

o 搭建项目进度可视化平台，实现关键节点实时追踪与风险预警

o Implement real-time project tracking systems to monitor milestones and mitigate risks proactively.

11. 体系优化与技术创新

o 推动管理体系升级，引入新工艺与设备，强化过程控制与开发能力

o Drive system improvements and technology adoption; enhance process control and development capabilities to support long-term growth.

任职要求（Requirements）

61 教育背景：机械工程、工业工程或相关专业本科及以上学历

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

61 工作经验：3年以上注塑行业项目工程经验，熟悉NPI流程与质量管理工具

Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering of Injection Molding, with expertise in NPI processes and quality management tools (e.g., FAI, CPK).
