我们正在招聘一位具备系统思维与现场经验的高级质量工程师,负责统筹生产质量提升、供应商质量管理与客户质量接口等关键任务。该岗位将深入参与新产品导入(NPI)、过程审核与质量改进活动,主导8D报告与不良分析,构建防错机制并推动根因解决。作为连接生产现场与客户标准的桥梁,该职位对保障批量交付质量、处理客户投诉、推动过程持续改进发挥关键作用。
岗位职责
1. 质量问题分析与报告输出
- 主导质量分析或质量整改,使用8D报告、5Why、鱼骨图等结构化工具进行根因分析并推动纠正预防措施落地;
- 编制各类质量分析报告(如制程异常报告、客户抱怨报告、CPK分析、CoPQ报告等),并定期向管理层和客户汇报;
- 梳理常见失效模式与潜在风险,推动防呆设计与过程改进方案,降低质量缺陷发生率;
- 指导并培训质量检验员和一线员工,确保质量标准及防错机制得到执行。
2. 生产现场支持与过程质量改进
- 负责日常生产过程中的质量问题响应与快速处置,协调工艺、设备、仓储等部门协同解决;
- 制定并优化过程控制计划(Process Control Plan)、检验标准、作业指导书(SOP)等,确保现场质量控制可视化、标准化;
- 组织质量周会/质量日等沟通机制,推动现场问题闭环与质量文化建设;
- 通过数据监控与趋势分析(如不良率、直通率、返工返修率等),制定质量提升目标并分解执行路径。
3. 供应商质量管理与技术评审
- 协助采购部门完成新供应商开发前的质量风险评估、差距分析与改进建议;
- 推动重点供应商的质量提升项目,监督执行8D/整改措施并评估其效果;
- 参与供应商绩效评价,输出质量评分与改善建议,支持物料替代/质量评估;
- 作为公司与供应商之间的质量接口,负责来料质量管理、进货检验标准制定与问题反馈闭环;
- 主导关键物料的PPAP(生产件批准程序)、过程审核(Process Audit)、质量能力评估与认证资料审核。
4. 客户质量反馈与投诉处理
- 参与客户投诉的技术调查与回复,组织相关责任部门进行问题分析与处理;
- 作为客户质量接口,编写并提交符合客户要求的8D报告、整改计划、验证结果;
- 跟踪客户反馈问题在现场、供应商处的整改与验证结果,确保闭环;
- 汇总客户反馈问题数据,参与年度质量回顾与客户满意度提升计划。
5. 体系建设与认证支持
- 支持公司质量管理体系的持续完善(如ISO 9001/IATF 16949),参与内外部审核准备与整改;
- 主导质量相关流程优化,提升标准化与操作性,推动QCP(质量控制计划)制度化;
- 协助工程部门开展产品认证资料准备与第三方测试验证支持;
- 参与新产品导入(NPI)与变更评审过程,从质量视角评估设计可实现性与风险防控措施。
背景要求
- 本科及以上学历,机械工程、电气工程、质量管理或相关专业优先,具有硕士学历或质量管理相关专业背景者加分;
- 五年以上制造业质量管理、供应商质量或工程质量相关经验,有线缆、线束、连接器等产品质量背景者优先;有汽车行业或电梯行业从业经验为佳;
- 熟练掌握常用质量管理工具和方法,包括但不限于8D、FMEA、5Why、鱼骨图、DOE、控制计划(Control Plan)、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA等;
- 熟悉ISO 9001质量管理体系及其在制造现场的落地流程,具备体系审核(ISO9001、14001等)与第三方认证支持经验;
- 了解精益生产(Lean)、六西格玛(Six Sigma)管理理念及相关工具,如5S、TPM、Poka-Yoke、防呆设计、Value Stream Mapping等,有六西格玛绿带或以上认证者优先;
- 能够独立编制和撰写质量报告、分析报告(如8D报告、不良分析、趋势追踪等),具备良好的书面表达与汇报能力;
- 熟悉ERP系统及生产型企业的数据管理流程,能够基于质量数据(如返修率、不良率、PPM等)开展问题分析与改进;
- 熟练使用办公软件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook等)与常见工程绘图工具,有CAD基础优先;
- 具备良好的跨部门沟通与推动能力,能够在工程、采购、生产、客户之间发挥质量推动者与问题协调者作用;
- 对客户质量管理与客诉流程有系统理解,具备客户质量接口经验,能够与中英文客户进行技术交流并完成闭环;
- 思维严谨、逻辑清晰,具备良好的问题分析能力与独立推动能力,能够在压力下保持高质量输出与团队合作精神;
- 英语具备一定听说读写能力(英语四级或同等水平以上),能够阅读英文技术资料及书写报告;具备跨国公司、国际客户背景经验者优先。
Position Overview
G-Wonder is a leading provider of high-performance, high-reliability cable and wire harness solutions for global manufacturers in the elevator, electric vehicles (EVs), data center, and industrial automation sectors. Leveraging our strong R&D capabilities and commitment to product quality, we have built a solid foundation of professional delivery systems and customized engineering solutions across industries.
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with both systematic thinking and hands-on shopfloor experience to lead initiatives in production quality improvement, supplier quality management, and customer quality interface. This role will be deeply involved in new product introduction (NPI), process audits, and quality improvement activities, while taking ownership of 8D reporting and root cause analysis. You will play a critical role in bridging manufacturing operations and customer requirements by enhancing delivery quality, resolving customer complaints, and driving continuous process optimization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Issue Analysis & Reporting
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions using structured quality tools such as 8D reports, 5Whys, Fishbone diagrams, etc.
- Prepare various quality reports (e.g., process deviation reports, customer complaint reports, CPK analysis, CoPQ reports), and regularly communicate findings to management and customers.
- Identify recurring failure modes and risks; drive implementation of error-proofing and process improvements to reduce defect rates.
- Train and guide inspectors and production personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and preventive mechanisms.
2. Production Process Quality & Shopfloor Support
- Act as the 1st-line responder to daily production quality issues and coordinate with process, equipment, and warehouse teams for resolution.
- Develop and maintain Process Control Plans, inspection criteria, work instructions (SOPs) to standardize and visualize quality controls.
- Organize regular quality meetings (e.g., weekly quality reviews, Quality Days) to support issue closure and foster quality culture.
- Monitor quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, FPY, rework/repair ratios), set improvement targets, and lead action plans accordingly.
3. Supplier Quality Management
- Assist the sourcing team in evaluating new suppliers through risk assessments, gap analyses, and improvement recommendations.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives with key suppliers, monitor execution of 8D actions and assess their effectiveness.
- Participate in supplier performance evaluations, provide quality scoring and recommendations for improvement or substitution.
- Act as the quality interface with suppliers, leading incoming quality control (IQC), inspection standards definition, and nonconformance handling.
- Lead PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), process audits, capability assessments, and documentation reviews for critical components.
4. Customer Complaint Handling & Quality Interface
- Participate in customer complaint investigations and organize internal response plans involving responsible departments.
- Prepare and submit formal 8D reports, corrective action plans, and validation results in accordance with customer requirements.
- Follow up on resolution status at both production and supplier sites to ensure full issue closure and effectiveness verification.
- Track and consolidate customer quality feedback, contribute to annual quality review and satisfaction improvement initiatives.
5. Quality System & Certification Support
- Support continuous improvement of the company’s QMS (e.g., ISO 9001 / IATF
16949), assist in audit preparation and corrective actions.
- Lead optimization of quality-related procedures, drive institutionalization of QCP (Quality Control Plans).
- Assist engineering in preparing product certification documentation and coordinating third-party validation tests.
- Participate in NPI and design change review processes to assess manufacturability and quality risk from a system perspective.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quality Management or related fields; Master’s degree or quality management certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality, supplier quality, or engineering quality roles. Background in cable, wire harness, or connector product quality is preferred; experience in the automotive or elevator industry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in quality tools and methodologies including 8D, FMEA, 5Whys, Fishbone, DOE, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, etc.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and on-site implementation processes; experience in system audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO
14001) and third-party certification support.
- Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles, including tools like 5S, TPM, Poka-Yoke, Value Stream Mapping; Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to independently produce quality reports (e.g., 8D reports, defect trend analysis).
- Experienced in using ERP systems and managing quality data such as repair rates, defect ratios, and PPM for improvement tracking.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); basic CAD skills are a plus.
- Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and customer teams.
- In-depth understanding of customer complaint handling and client-facing quality roles; capable of managing bilingual technical communications in English and Chinese.
- Detail-oriented, logical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to manage tasks independently under pressure while maintaining collaboration mindset.
- Fluent in reading and writing technical documentation in English (CET-4 or equivalent); experience with multinational clients or international work environments is preferred.
