Job Description:

Build up BD team internal management & sales operation process, work as key interface between BD team and all back office supporting functions, help management team to manage sales data/process/compliance/performance etc.

Also can explore business opportunities from corperate perspective

-Build up sales team internal management and sales operation process & standard

-Develop & maintain sales master data, as well as customer profile

-Involve into whole planning process, from budget to daily tracking

- Can explore business opportunities from corperate perspective

-Help management team to do team KPI setting and evaluation

-Coordinate with merchandising, marketing, retailing, financial and operation team

-Other assignments from superior

Requirements:

-5-8 years working experience in consumer goods company, familiar with fashion/cosmetics will be a plus

-Strong data analysis capability is a MUST

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a complex environment is a plus

-Good team management skill

-Passion in fashion/cosmetics is a plus
