Project Description:Luxoft is establishing a strong UI/UX Automotive team in China, Shanghai and Beijing, This team will work on UX and UI topics for several international car manufacturers, focusing on the Asian market. Innovative concepts and amazing graphics need to be developed for the digital cockpit of future vehicles. We are looking for UX Designers to join this team, working on UX Design and HMI concepts in the Automotive field. Responsibility:- Gather requirements from the customer and from functional side and create technical specifications- Determine scenarios and use cases for new products and services in mobility,- Identify and optimize workflows, information architecture and data flows- Develop conceptual ideas for complex In-Vehicle Information and Communication systems for the international market- Serve as an interface between the customer and the software development team- Work with an interdisciplinary team that includes other UX experts, designers, software developers and project management people Mandatory skills:• 3 years of experience on UX design for IVI or Mobile App• Good knowledge about state-of-the art technologies and interaction patterns for digital devices.• Experience in developing embedded applications, with in-car application is a plus, e.g. navigation, infotainment, or connectivity application.• Knowledge in UI designer toolings as Figma, Sketch, Visio, Illustrator etc. • Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.• Experience with collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence.• Ideation development methodologies such as design thinking, rapid prototyping etc.• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.• Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.• Knows how to define the product roadmap.• Attention to details, discipline and active listening.• Self-responsibility, team player and good communication skills - especially in steering collaborative creation processes.• Driver license.
