Part & Supplier Development Engineer

1. 有冲压/注塑/模具开发方面的工作经验

Working Experience about Stamping / Plastic injection / Tooling development.

2. 有PCBA/PCB行业的工作经历和专业知识

Working Experience & Knowledge in PCBA/PCB Industry.

主要职责：

1． 根据客户的阶段性目标，管理并领导供应商的新项目APQP计划。

Managing and leading supplier’s new program APQP plan according to customer’s milestone.

2． 参与供应商选择流程，协助制定合同条款和条件时提供技术和实际支持，积极管理新供应商的开发工作。

Participate in supplier selection process, provide technical and practical support when contract terms and conditions are being drafted. Actively manage the development of new suppliers.

3． 技术供应商评估作为确定供应商决策的辅助手段。

Technical supplier evaluation as decision assistance for the determination of suppliers.

4． 参加每一场APQP会议，跟进并协助供应商完成PPAP工作，处理与PPAP相关的任何要求，例如EWO， PCR以及新产量方面的要求。

Attend on each program APQP meeting and follow up and support the PPAP from supplier for any PPAP requirement such as EWO, PCR and new volume.

5． 核实供应商的PPAP流程和R@R状态，核实公司自有工装的完好性，数量和质量，向可能存在质量或交付问题的供应商发出预警通知。

Verify supplier’s PPAP process and R@R status, verify presence, quantity and quality of company owned tooling. Provide and early warning to suppliers who are likely to have quality and / or delivery problems.

6． 提前发现潜在的供应商流程风险或工程可行性问题，并进行上报和解决，以避免项目进度出现延误或造成质量方面的担忧，从而确保标准作业程序的顺利推行。

Detect potential supplier process risk or Engineering feasibility issue in advance and escalate & resolve in order to void any delay of program schedule or estimated quality concern for smooth SOP launch.

7． 通过在中国本地进行零部件开发，并遵循PPAP审批流程，为全球项目提供支持，同时与全球团队保持直接沟通。

Supporting Global program with China local sourced part development & PPAP approval process with direct Communication with global team.

所需教育背景:

1. 学士学位 Bachelor Degree

2. 科学与工程专业 Science and Engineering

优先考虑：

1. 流利的英语口语和书面表达能力。

Good oral and writing English skill.

2. 至少5~8年在汽车行业担任SQE或SDE的工作经验。

At least, 5~8 years' experience as SQE or SDE in automotive area.

3. 熟悉APQP流程及PPAP文件资料。

Should be familiar with APQP process and PPAP Documentation.

4. 倾向于采用铝/铁压铸和机械加工工艺，并与全球知名企业合作者优先。

Preferred aluminum/iron die-casting and machining with global player.

5. 需提供充分的工作经验和成就证明。

Need to show proper evidence of work experience and achievement.

6. 在当前或之前的工作中拥有稳定的工作经历。

Stable work experience in current or previous job.

7. 有VDA
