Quality Engineer (Toy)玩具质量工程师

PURPOSE

-Ensure the safety and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations of the range of products;

-Ensure the functionality and performance of the range of products according to customers' requirements;

-Coordinate and communicate with other departments and suppliers;

-Support missions (under the requests of commercial teams).

GENERAL MISSION

Part of Quality team, you will be in charge of Product and Process Quality. You are a dynamic quality engineer with strong process and technical skills who will help to source the best products and suppliers according to Auchan Quality Standards. This position will be key to ensure product conformity and performance.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-Support commercial teams on solving their technical issues.

-Assess product samples coming from different development phases.

-Align with European standards.

-Provide technical solutions and work with suppliers on sample improvement.

–Perform audit /assessment /qualification of suppliers according to Auchan internal Quality and Social grid.

-Monitor corrective action plans of the suppliers.

-Monitor Factories and Product Certification with third party labs.

KEY SKILLS

1. College or above degree, preferred in engineering background.

2. Min 3-5 years experiences in quality or product development for toys.

3. Familiar with European standards of Toys (such as EN71, EN62115..., etc.)

4. Ability for solving product quality problems.

6. Mature, self-motivated and responsible.

7. Can do attitude and can accept frequent business travels.

8. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.

9. Fluent in oral and written English.

10. Proficient in MS Office.
