Manager of Process Integration Engineering

1.Drive and optimize process robustness and yield on existing manufacturing processes.

2.Drive and optimize process robustness and yield on existing manufacturing processes. Control program schedule and arrange resources.

3.Lead team to cooperate with module group to develop process technology (including specialty process).

4.Team management and people development.

任职要求:

1.MS degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields at least 10 working years.

2.The candidate must be experts resident in process integration, or at least one key process modules including LIT, CMP, Etch, Cleaning, Thin Films (CVD/PVD), Diffusion, new materials (Slurry, Precursors or Solvent/ chemicals), Metrology(OCD library, hardware or system tool in OCD)

3.The candidate should demonstrate a sound development or high-volume production experiences, it is better to have specialty technology nodes mass production experience in foundry or IDM.

4.The candidate of team lead must possess leadership qualities capable of influencing and guiding the organization.

5.The candidate possesses strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
