Position Summary
Is responsible for driving overall Technical & Commercial responsibility within BU OE-PC for China market. This includes short to long-term development of strategic plans and objectives through the identification of strategic issues and opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.
Main Accountabilities
OE Strategy & Product Management:
84 Technical & Commercial responsibility of OE-PC product portfolio
84 Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities, and translate insights into actionable plans.
84 Strategic development of OE-PC product portfolio
84 Manage and develop the sales documents such as catalogue, brochure ,leaflet, giving away gifts etc.

84 Contributing to BU strategy for definition and execution through the analysis and identification of new markets, segments and/or product solution
84 Providing market intelligence analysis in support of identification and development of new markets, segments or solutions. Participates in internal work groups in order to share knowhow, processes and market information
84 GVP (Growth Validation Plan) and new growth areas analysis (e.g. fleet, EV topics etc.)
84 Identifying, leading or contributing partnership opportunities to expand into the newly defined area
84 Work closely with the sales/R&D/digital team to identify and develop potential digital solutions and ensure the successful implementation of key projects
84 Collaborating with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the business strategy

Job Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)
Education:
- Bachelor degree (B.A.) in related field or equivalent, Masters preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of work experience in Marketing function or business development in industry or other highly related fields, M to B to C business in a plus
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends.
- Ability of quick learning of new product, and be able to 'think outside of the box and recommend solutions.
- Experience working in a highly matrix, global environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.
- Good English skills (spoken & written).
- Solid knowledge about China digital market and trends
