职位描述
Develop, Implement and maintain HSE management system policy, procedures, work instructions, rule and regulation requirement that developed or/and implement within the company.
Make regular and spot site inspection to make sure the company’s EHS policies and procedures are well implemented.
Responsible for management of waste water, solid waste, drug-making chemicals, PPE and EHS equipment.
Ensure employees follow and comply with HSE management system policy, procedures, work instruction as well as regulations.
Promptly report, correct to any unsafe action and unsafe condition present in work place.
Help manage on site industrial hygiene, use HSE technical to improve site medical & occupational health performance.
Monitoring site environment performance.
Responsible for site fire system (water & alarm) management, ensure full compliance.
Working with HSE team of Regional Area for HSE excellence.
Knowledgeable of local health & safety regulations, as well as, industry best practices.
To interpret the mandatory requirements of government & corporate into comprehensive emergency plan and SOP implemented in the company.
Be in charge of environmental factors/hazards identification & risk assessment of plant, to compile monitoring plan.
