Job Description 工作职责
Support the teaching and learning in PE lessons. This will include but not be limited to supporting students with English as a second language and working with groups of students under the direction of the PE teacher.
- Communicate with parents using our online platforms when necessary.
Help in the organization of tournaments and sporting events and fixtures- both internal and interschool.
- Teach Swimming classes, supported by a lifeguard and the PE teacher.
- Support the academic and social-emotional development of all students.
- Run and/or support After school activities and coaching.
- Be a positive member of our school community, contributing to school events and activities throughout the year.
- Help organise and maintain the PE equipment and learning environments.
- Be an active member of the PE department, communicating and working effectively with a diverse team of international teachers.
- Perform other duties as required by school.

- 积极配合体育部门，在多元化的环境中与国际教师团队有效沟通并合作。
- 完成学校安排的其他任务。
Requirements:
[Required]
- Minimum of two years successful swimming coaching experience， sports management and other related majors are preferred, excellent freshmen can also be accepted
- Hold PRC/ International Certification as a swimming teacher or swimming coach (ASCTA, ASCA, ASA, FINA, AustSwim)
- PRC/ International lifeguard certification
- First Aid and CPR/AED certification
- Minimum BA degree
- Fluent in English

- Experience working in international schools and teaching curricular swimming
- Strong background in teaching learn to swim and stroke development
- Experience implementing strength and conditioning programs
- Experience working with students of various nationalities and cultural backgrounds
职位要求
（必备）：
- 2年以上游泳教练经验，体育管理等相关专业优先，优秀应届生亦可
- 持有国家、国际游泳教练证书、救生员证 (ASCTA, ASCA, ASA, FINA, AustSwim)
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力（与外籍教师和外籍学生英文沟通）
- 学历本科及以上
