1. Operations support - provide support / direction to Plant Manufacturing Engineering

2. New Product Introduction (NPI) support

3. Equipment Supplier Management

4. Capacity deployment & Capacity grow management for internal Mfg

5. New process introduction and deployment

AME Processes & People development

1. Standardization of equipment & processes. Global procurement support for Equipment localization.

2. People Development (within the team and in the Plants)

3. Product (Component) Roadmap support

4. Enhancement of design for Manufacture activities via advanced manufacturing practices

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical design or other engineering related major.

2. At least 5y precision product or machining manufacturing work experience in automotive industry, motor manufacturing experience is preferred.

3. Knowledge in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.

4. Project management experience.

5. Quick learner with good communication and problem-solving skill.

6. English is working language.
