Manufacturing Engineer-Coating/涂布制造工程师

2. Maintain IFS ERP and Technical specification data base correctly and timely as guidelines to proper operations,

3. Implement ECN throughout manufacturing processes to make sure smooth product transfer and launching,

4. Drive and implement process improvements to reduce cost and improve performance to achieve CI objectives.

5. Provide support to production team to make sure smooth operations,

6. Communicate and work with Sales to ensure customer satisfaction and coordination, visit customer for engineering support, if necessary,

7. Lead RCA upon customer rejects and take effective actions to resolve problems,.

8. Process standardization activity, JI defining and new DL training.

9. Other tasks as assigned

Education & Training:

University degree on engineering or equivalent disciplines, major in mechanical engineering is preferred.

Experience & Competency:

- At least 5 years’ experience of process or manufacturing engineering roles, adhesive & functional topcoat experience is preferred.

- Good skill of process improvement and project management (planning and implementation.)

- Familiar with NPI process, such as APQP and process flow chart,

- Familiar with quality and analysis tools such as FMEA, SPC, DOE, 8D, control plan and etc.

- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001/ QS 9000/ TS 16949/ISO 14001

- PC and ERP system literate

- Good written/oral English,

- Good communication skill and customer oriented,

- Good competency of learning and analytical skills,

- Engineering background with good logical thinking,

- Good AutoCAD or photographic program skill is preferred.
