1、Master’s/PhD in Mechatronics, Precision Machinery, or Robotics (Bachelor’s with exceptional experience considered).

2、12+ years in designing automated surface finishing systems (polishing/brushing/grinding) for luxury goods, medical devices, or aerospace.

3、Proven success in full-machine development from concept to factory integration.

4、Expertise in force-controlled robotics (FANUC/ABB), CNC systems, and abrasive process kinematics.

5、CAD/CAE: SolidWorks (preferred), ANSYS.

6、Control Systems: PLC, CNC systems.

7、Materials Science: Knowledge of stainless steel, titanium, and precious metal finishing.

8、Familiarity with Swiss watchmaking finishing standards (mirror polish) is critical。

9、Professional English (mandatory); Chinese。

Key Responsibilities：

1、Technical Leadership – Architect and develop automated systems for mirror polishing, satin finishing, and edge refinement of complex watchcases/bracelets.

2、Benchmarking & Innovation – Reverse-engineer and surpass capabilities of reference machinery (e.g., BULA POLIGO series) through novel mechanical, control, and process solutions.

3、Full-Cycle Development – Manage concept → design → prototyping → validation → production deployment.

4、Precision Engineering – Ensure micron-level accuracy through advanced motion control (linear motors, torque feedback), abrasive media optimization, and in-process metrology integration.

5、Cross-Functional Integration – Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and NPI engineering to exceed aesthetic/durability standards.

6、Team Building – Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance engineering team (mechanical, electrical, software, and control).

7、IP Strategy – Secure patents for proprietary technologies developed in-house.
