Overview职位描述:
Carry out the work according to the company strategy and the sales task arranged by the superior leader, complete the work timely; Analyze the existing market and customers, develop and train dealers, find the potential needs of customers, guide the actual needs of relevant customers, and achieve the sales target.
根据公司战略及上级领导安排的销售任务开展工作,及时完成各项工作;对现有市场和客户进行分析,开发及培养经销商,发现客户的潜在需求,引导相关客户的实际需求,达成销售目标。
Job Responsibilities工作职责:
1.Develop and maintain distributors in the region/industry, and establish long-term cooperative relationship through positive approach; Develop dealer personnel through training and ensure dealer personnel can make correct product recommendations to end customers.
开发和维护本区域/行业内的经销商,并通过积极的方式建立长久的合作关系;通过培训,发展经销商人员的能力并确保经销商人员能对最终客户做出正确的产品推荐。
2.To visit key customers and provide product demonstration, application introduction, technical advice and operation training to them with specified frequency in assigned area. Maintain good customer relationship through regular customer visits.
在被分配的区域,以规定的频繁程度,协同经销商拜访重点客户并向其提供产品演示,应用介绍,技术建议和操作培训等服务;并通过定期的客户拜访,维护良好的客情关系。
3.Independently or in coordination with dealers to conduct sales activities, such as Festool OpenDay, to demonstrate the features and value of Festool products to end customers through product demonstrations, and influence them to purchase Festool products.
单独或协调经销商一起进行销售活动,如Festool OpenDay,通过产品演示,向最终客户展示的费斯托工具产品的特性及价值,并影响其购买费斯托工具产品。
4.Implement action plan of target management workflow, maintain customer data regularly; Timely and accurate report and make necessary statistics, such as key account project tracking, sales lead tracking, daily report, etc.
执行目标管理工作流程的行动方案,定期维护客户数据;及时准确的报告和进行必要的统计,例如重点客户项目跟踪,销售线索跟踪,日常事务报表等。
5.Control the accounts receivable of customers within the scope stipulated by the company; Manage sales expenses within limits.
将客户的应收账款控制在公司规定的范围内;在限额范围内管理销售费用。
6.Maintain good cooperation with the company and other sales teams (including other departments) to promote business development.
同本公司其他部门(包括其他销售团队)良性合作,推动业务发展。
7.Manage time in a planned and effective manner, provide timely and accurate reports, such as customer information, travel plans, event feedback, etc.
有计划且有效的管理时间,及时准确的提供报告,例如客户信息,出差计划,活动反馈等。
8、Support and implement company policies and decisions.
支持和执行公司相关政策和决定。
Job Requirements职位基本要求:
1.College degree or above.
大专及以上学历。
2.Skilled in using related Office software; Chinese Class C driver's license.
熟练使用Office相关软件;有中国C类驾照。
3.At least 2 years sales experience, dealer development management or import equipment/tools sales experience is preferred.
2年以上销售经验,有经销商开发管理或进口设备/工具销售经验优先。
4.Good communication and presentation skills.
具备良好的沟通和表达能力。
5.Accept business trips.
能够适应出差。
6.Willing to accept challenges and can work under great pressure.
愿意接受挑战并能承受工作压力。
