Roles and Responsibilities - Teaching and Learning ( International High School)
85 To plan, prepare and deliver an academic Mathematics programme which facilitates an active learning experience for all children, in line with the mission and objectives of HTNIA
85 To assess, track and evaluate levels of progress and provide feedback to ensure that each child has the opportunity to succeed
85 To manage the classroom environment so that it supports and encourages learning
85 To always set high expectations, which motivate, challenge and encourage children
85 To identify and meet children’s varying needs
85 To work towards developing the best combination of Chinese and international learning in a bilingual context
85 To ensure outstanding pastoral care and that all safeguarding policies are followed Roles and Responsibilities - Communication and Cooperation
85 To work cooperatively and supportively with all colleagues
85 To develop supportive and productive relationships with parents
85 To participate in departmental, school based and parental meetings
85 To maintain and keep assessment data on children and report on their activity
85 To participate in supervisory duties shared by colleagues
