Accounting manager

1. Check global finance bookkeeping, review and analysis monthly financial report. Identify, document, and implement accounting operation and reporting process improvement with an aim to drive standardization and efficiency, redesign processes through simplification and drive productivity.

2. Complete and support annual local audit and government audit on time. e.g. PRC audit and AUS audit

3. Well understands the policy and requirement of the SAFE, PBOC and other China banking regulations, as well as the bank transaction process. Keep good relationship with banks and SAFE. Negotiate with banks for feasible solutions to meet the company goals.

4. Short-term cashflow forecast and liquidity planning preparation & deviation analysis. Forecast cash flow positions and ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational requirements

5. Heavily focused on internal control and compliance, and global accounting policy application in process operations. Drive changes in the upstream to improve the accuracy and compliance of the booking financials.

6. Drive process improvements and digitalization to optimize financial operations and reduce costs. Participate in and support ERP projects as required, e.g. implementation of SAP ERP system and SAP Concur.

7. Assign and plan the jobs to subordinates and follow up for the result, which must meet the company’s result.

8. Ad-hoc projects assigned by the line manager

Qualifications

85 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. AICPA or CICPA equivalent is a plus;

85 Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management within a group holding company or listed company. Preferably worked in Big four firm auditing or accounting consultancy department.

85 Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

85 Well understands the policy and requirement of the SAFE, PBOC and other China banking regulations, as well as the bank transaction process.

85 Proficiency in ERP software, such as SAP, or Oracle.

85 Experience in establishing and optimizing financial processes and procedures.

85 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, strong professional judgement and decision-making skills.
