项目执行协调员（甘肃） (职位编号：202501)

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Sustainable Cotton project in Gansu. Coordinate cotton farm training sections for current projects according to brands’ production principles and criteria.

- Develop new potential projects for Sustainable Cotton with cotton farms in China by different channels.

- Collect, summarize and analyze quantitative and qualitative data about programs and progress towards meeting program target, and monitor the Key Performance Indicators every year.

- Develop training programmes and tools for farm development in key areas of sustainable farming - proper usage of fertilizers/pesticides, water management, improving soil health, decent work etc.

- Work with internal experts and external academic institutions to offer technical support to farmers to improve sustainable cultivation skills and reduce impacts.

- Establish strong relationship with local key stakeholders such as farm groups, government agencies and academic institutions for strong partnerships.

- Any other responsibilities assigned by project manager.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above in Agriculture or related field.

- At least 5 plus years of experience in the area of cotton agriculture; preferably in support of international development programming and project management or community development.

- Practical experience in developing and implementing agricultural training programmes, rich experiences working with farmers.

- Experience in crop planting, fertilizer, water management and pesticides usage is a plus, organic cotton knowledge and experience is highly preferred.

- Working knowledge in Microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint, strong data analysis skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, networking experiences with Govt. Departments, universities and research institutes, etc.

- English reading and writing ability are strongly preferred.

Working conditions:

This position is based in Guazhou County, Gansu Province, office environment with frequent travel to farms.
