1. Complete monthly related party reconciliation for overseas subsidiaries and prepare related party transaction reports;

2. Complete the monthly production output table of overseas subsidiaries;

3. Complete the review and analysis of GL accounts in the monthly reports of overseas subsidiaries, and provide improvement suggestions and continuous tracking for existing problems; Complete the review of the subsidiary's long-term asset list, detailed changes in long-term assets, and AR/AP/OR/OP balance and transaction list;

4. Collect important financial information of overseas subsidiaries;

5. Assist in completing regular audits (listed-company auditing requirement), cooperate with auditors, and provide corresponding information.

6. Assist in completing departmental procurement applications, contract approvals, and expense reimbursements, and assist in preparing the department's annual budget;

7. Responsible for SAP entry of monthly transaction data for US subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data entry

8. Support the use of SAP by overseas subsidiaries, identify deficiencies in current system usage, assist overseas users in communicating with IT teams, design and develop customized reports for overseas users to improve daily work efficiency;

9. Complete other tasks arranged by the leader in time.

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, auditing, finance or related majors, mid-level certificate or above in accounting, ACCA or CPA preferred;

2. More than 5 to 8 years of experience in general ledger accounting in the traditional manufacturing industry, with priority given to overseas financial management experience;

3. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with a CET-6 or above in college English

4. Familiar with Chinese accounting standards and international accounting standards, national financial regulations, tax policies, and the workflow of relevant departments such as tax inspection, banking, taxation, industry and commerce, and auditing;

5. Have strong data analysis skills and learning ability, proficient in using financial software (Kingdee ERP, Yonyou ERP, SAP, etc.) and office software;
