Assistant Merchandiser

Assistant Merchandiser - Furniture & BBQ

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Merchandiser and be responsible for assisting administrative matters of the office. The main tasks and duties include:

- Follow-up order process and production coordination

- Liaison with local factories, price, terms and contract negotiations.

- Handle intensive price negotiations

- Handle samples, data entry into order system, clerical support

- Prepare buying trips and follow-ups

- Support company team on day-to-day administrative work

- Monitor office supplies such as stationery, water, etc. and purchase office equipment

- Check travel expenses reports

- Registered company daily expenses, such as office expenses and petty cash

- Assist in the daily collection and delivery of domestic international couriers

REQUIREMENTS:

.Bachelor Degree with at least 2 years relevant experience

.Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English & Chinese

.Computer literacy - familiar with all Microsoft applications

.Well organized, work with detail, mature, initiative, independent and hardworking, excellent interpersonal skills and team players

.Willing to travel when necessary

.Immediate available is an advantage
