制程质量（PQE）工程师

The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) will be responsible for quality management in the manufacturing process of automotive sensor products, ensuring the stability, consistency, and reliability of production processes. This role requires quality monitoring throughout the entire process from raw material入库 to finished product出货, resolving quality issues in production, driving process improvements, and ensuring products meet customer requirements and industry standards. Additionally, the PQE will participate in process reviews to ensure the feasibility and quality reliability of process design.

制程质量控制 / Process Quality Control

1. 制定制程质量控制计划，明确关键控制点、检验标准和抽样方案。

Develop process quality control plans, defining key control points, inspection criteria, and sampling plans.

2. 监控生产过程中的质量表现，识别潜在风险并采取预防措施。

Monitor quality performance during production, identify potential risks, and take preventive measures.

3. 分析生产数据（如良率、缺陷率），识别制程改进机会并推动实施。

Analyze production data (e.g., yield, defect rates) to identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.

质量问题解决 / Quality Issue Resolution

1. 快速响应生产中的质量问题，组织跨部门团队进行根本原因分析和解决。

Quickly respond to quality issues in production, organize cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and resolution.

2. 使用质量工具（如8D、5Why、FMEA）推动问题解决，确保问题闭环。

Use quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5Why, FMEA) to drive issue resolution and ensure problem closure.

3. 跟踪质量问题的改进进展，确保措施落实并验证其有效性。

Track the progress of quality issue improvements, ensure implementation, and verify effectiveness.

制程改进与优化 / Process Improvement and Optimization

1. 推动制程改进项目，优化生产工艺，提高生产效率和产品质量。

Drive process improvement projects to optimize production processes and enhance production efficiency and product quality.

2. 参与新产品的试产工作，确保制程设计满足质量要求并具备量产条件。

Participate in pilot production of new products to ensure process design meets quality requirements and is ready for mass production.

3. 引入先进的质量管理方法和工具，提升制程质量水平。

Introduce advanced quality management methods and tools to improve process quality levels.

工艺评审 / Process Review

1. 参与新产品的工艺设计评审，评估工艺的可行性和质量可靠性。

Participate in process design reviews for new products, evaluating the feasibility and quality reliability of processes.

2. 识别工艺设计中的潜在风险，提出改进建议并推动实施。

Identify potential risks in process design, propose improvement suggestions, and drive implementation.

3. 确保工艺设计符合公司质量标准和客户要求。

Ensure process design complies with company quality standards and customer requirements.

供应商与来料质量管理 / Supplier and Incoming Material Quality Management

1. 监控来料质量，确保原材料和零部件符合质量标准。

Monitor incoming material quality to ensure raw materials and components meet quality standards.

2. 与供应商质量工程师（SQE）合作，推动供应商解决来料质量问题。

Collaborate with Supplier Quality Engineers (SQE) to drive suppliers to resolve incoming material quality issues.

质量工具与方法应用 / Quality Tools and Methodologies

1. 熟练应用质量工具（如SPC、MSA、CPK）进行制程能力分析和改进。

Proficiently apply quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, CPK) for process capability analysis and improvement.

2. 推动质量文化的建设，提升团队的质量意识和能力。

Promote the development of a quality culture to enhance team quality awareness and capabilities.

跨部门协作 / Cross-Functional Collaboration

1. 与研发、生产、供应链等部门紧密合作，确保质量要求贯穿产品全生命周期。

Collaborate closely with R&D, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated throughout the product lifecycle.

2. 支持新产品的试产和量产，确保质量目标达成。

Support pilot and mass production of new products to ensure quality objectives are met.

三、任职要求 / Qualifications

1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、电子工程、质量管理或相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Vehicle Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.

2. 3年以上制造业制程质量管理经验，有汽车电子或传感器产品行业经验者优先。

3+ years of process quality management experience in manufacturing, with preference for candidates in the automotive electronics or sensor products industry.

3. 熟悉汽车电子行业标准（如IATF

16949、ISO 26262）及质量工具（如SPC、MSA、FMEA）。

Familiar with automotive electronics industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO

26262) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, MSA, FMEA).

4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能够从数据中识别质量趋势和改进机会。

Strong data analysis skills, able to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities from data.

5. 优秀的沟通和协调能力，能够与跨部门团队高效合作。

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

6. 英语能力良好，能够阅读和编写英文技术文档。

Good English proficiency, able to read and write technical documents.
